Meet Nina Warda
Nina is a nationally registered psychologist who works with individuals across the lifespan, with a particular focus on supporting clients under WorkCover and Compulsory Third Party (CTP) claims. She has extensive experience helping people recover from psychological injuries related to workplace incidents and motor vehicle accidents, guiding them through treatment and the return-to-work or daily life process.
Alongside her private practice, Nina has worked as a school psychologist with the NSW Department of Education, supporting children, adolescents, and their families in educational settings.
Nina adopts a client-centred and compassionate approach to therapy, drawing on a range of evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She develops personalised, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, always striving to provide a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
