Prolotherapy & Plate Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy
Prolotherapy and PRP therapy are regenerative treatments that involve targeted injections to promote healing and reduce pain. The key difference lies in the substance that is injected.
- Prolotherapy involves injecting dextrose to increase blood flow and stimulate natural tissue repair to the injected area.
- PRP Therapy uses the patient’s own blood, which is processed to concentrate platelets rich in healing factors before being injected into the affected area.
