Please note that from Monday 16 February 2026, wearing masks within the practice will be OPTIONAL for patients with no cough, cold or flu symptoms.

After many years with the practice, Dr Nibo Wu and Dr Jennifer Neal will be concluding their time with us.

Patients wishing to transfer their medical records to another practice are required to complete and sign a Medical Records Transfer form at their new clinic. Upon receipt of this request, records will be forwarded directly to the nominated practice.

Pricing/Fees
This practice is not a bulk billing practice. Standard fees apply for all in-person and telehealth consultations, which are shown on the Consultation Fees tab.
We have limited the increase to the cost impact of the effect of the application of payroll tax, increased superannuation guarantee charges and associated Workcover liabilities, along with CPI increases to operating costs including wages.
A separate schedule applies if the clinic is open on a public holiday.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
Please note that you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee is you fail to arrive for your appointment.
If you need to cancel or change an appointment, we require a minimum of 24hrs notice to enable us to offer your appointment slot to other patients.
If you cancel without the required 24hrs advance notice and the appointment cannot be filled a fee will apply.
Please do your best to notify us in advance if you cannot attend your appointment and we will gladly find a time to reschedule the appointment.
