IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING S8 PRESCRIPTIONS
We do not prescribe Schedule 8 (S8) medications (e.g., Valium, Lyrica, Endone, etc.) to new patients. Existing patients must attend a face-to-face appointment for S8 prescriptions.
Sunday & Public Holiday Fees
Please note that a gap fee of $70 will apply for consultations scheduled on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Myhealth Burleigh Waters is a Mixed Billing Medical Centre conveniently located at the Stocklands shopping centre at Burleigh.
This brand new, purpose built centre offers the highest standard of medical care with state-of-the-art facilities. We pride ourselves in offering a friendly, convenient, accessible and professional service to all our patients in the Burleigh Waters and Burleigh Heads area.

Pricing/Fees
We are pleased to offer bulk billing for GP consultations to patients aged 15 and under, as well as patients holding a valid Pension Concession Card or Health Care Card*, including recall appointments.
A gap fee of $50 applies to GP consultations for patients without a valid Pension Concession Card or Health Care Card*.
A gap fee of $70 applies to consultations on Sundays, public holidays, and for patients without Medicare cards.
Private fees applies to skin checks, procedures, cervical screening, insurance paperwork and commercial driver licence.
Non-Attendance / Cancellation Policy
A $50 DNA or late cancellation fee applies if the appointment was confirmed or booked within the last 24 hours. If the appointment wasn’t confirmed, a warning will be given, and the DNA policy explained for future cancellations.
Late cancellations (within 2 hours) or late arrivals (more than 10 minutes) may incur a DNA fee. DNA fees must be paid before booking the next appointment with the doctor.
