At Myhealth Newtown, we are pleased to offer a range of bulk billed services for any patient including:
- All children under the age of 16 years are bulk billed for every consult
- Bulk billed discussions on perimenopausal symptoms
- Bulk billed insertion or removal of the contraceptive implant (Implanon).

At Myhealth Newtown, we are pleased to offer a range of bulk billed services to eligible MyMedicare patients.
Chronic Conditions
- Bulk billed consultations every 3 months for any medical condition lasting longer than 6 months.
Annual Health Assessments (Bulk Billed)
- Patients aged 45 to 49 years
- Patients aged 75 and over
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients
- Patients with an intellectual disability
Heart Health Checks
- Comprehensive assessments, fully bulk billed
Women’s Health
- Bulk billed consultations for perimenopausal symptoms
- Bulk billed insertion or removal of the contraceptive implant (Implanon)
Children’s Health
- All children under the age of 16 are bulk billed for every consultation
Telehealth Services
For patients seen in the last 12 months:
- Bulk billed telehealth appointments for repeat prescriptions
- Bulk billed telehealth appointments for continuing referrals to previously seen specialists
What is MyMedicare?
MyMedicare is a government program designed to strengthen your relationship with your regular GP through formal, ongoing care. It supports better coordination and personalisation of healthcare, particularly for patients with chronic or complex conditions.
By registering, you gain access to more tailored services and longer consultations, helping improve overall health outcomes.

Non-Attendance / Cancellation Policy
For GP appointments, a $20 cancellation fee will apply if notice is given within 2 hours of the scheduled time.
