Bulk Billing Update – Effective 1 November 2025
Starting 1 November 2025, our practice will bulk bill all Medicare-eligible patients for all consultations, including weekends.
Now Offering Doctor-Led Cosmetic Consultations
Dr Catherine Tan, Dr Federica Guidetti and Dr Farnaz Omidi are now offering tailored cosmetic medicine consultations. Their doctor-led approach focuses on hair loss treatments, facial rejuvenation and a range of skin therapies.

Overseas Visitors Health Cover (OVHC) patients, please be advised that out-of-pocket gap fees will apply.

About Myhealth Parramatta Priceline Level 2 Medical Clinic
Myhealth Parramatta Priceline located within Westfield Parramatta, is a bulk billing medical centre. We opened in December 2014 and are located within the Westfield Priceline Pharmacy (between Best & Less and The Reject Shop) on Level 2. Our friendly bulk billing doctors are available seven days a week for your convenience.
Our centre aims to provide comprehensive medical care to the local community. In our centre you can have your pathology collected by Douglas Hanly Moir or receive excellent care from Sydney Physios and Allied Health.

Updated Billing Policy – In Line with the Medicare Universal Bulk Billing Initiative
From November 1, 2025 our billing policy has been updated to align with the new Medicare bulk billing initiative, providing Medicare-eligible patients the opportunity to access high-quality care with no out-of-pocket costs.
Please be sure to advise reception at the time of booking if you have a Health Care/Concession/Pension or DVA card, so we can add these to your files and avoid any unnecessary charges.
Whilst fees for Medicare-eligible patients can be bulk billed for many services, consultation fees are also outlined here to ensure transparency for all patients who choose the high-quality care at our clinic. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to speak with one of our friendly staff members.
Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that we have implemented a cancellation and no-show fee of $20 for appointments that are not cancelled at least 3 hours in advance.
