Book an Express Telehealth appointment by choosing the appropriate appointment type and a preferred timeslot.

Conduct your telehealth consult
Keep your phone with you and wait for your chosen timeslot. Our doctors will ring you as soon as they are able to conduct your consult.

What is the difference between Express Telehealth and Telehealth?
We have identified appointment types that are perfect candidates for telehealth and usually take no more than 10 minutes.
Is Express Telehealth bulk billable?
Yes. All express telehealth appointments are bulk billed for eligible patients.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, just call the participating clinic you booked with and our reception team will be happy to reschedule your appointment.
What if I miss my appointment?
Our doctors will try to ring your number 3 times, if there has been no answer, your appointment will be cancelled.
